Caroline believes in pursuing pro-housing policies that are centered in anti-racism, equity, and Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing. She has put these beliefs into action by serving on Santa Monica’s Rent Control Board, where she advocated for renters, and in her day job directing Los Angeles County’s economic recovery efforts as the Senior Deputy of Economic and Workforce Development for Board of Supervisors chair Holly J. Mitchell.
