A committed local activist who has served on Culver City’s Committee on Homelessness and General Plan Advisory Committee, Freddy Puza understands how planning and zoning issues intersect with environmental sustainability, social justice, and community well-being. Beyond that, Puza impressed us with his knowledge of how Culver City’s jobs-housing imbalance affects housing affordability throughout the region, adding to displacement pressure in nearby communities, and his detailed policy proposals to address homelessness and displacement.
