Action Item for This Week: Today, we have an opportunity to support the development of 54 affordable homes in North Hills.

The contemporary four-story building will include supportive services such as educational classes, employment assistance, substance abuse treatment, and tutoring.

The development is close to transit— the Metro Line 234/734 stops at the corner and runs between Sylmar and West LA, and the DASH Panaroma City/Van Nuys stops at the same corner as well.
