AHLA Weekly Update: Let’s Build 323 Homes in DTLA!

Action Item for This Week: Downtown LA is the most pedestrian-accessible neighborhood in Southern California— with jobs, restaurants, shops, and museums clustered together; multiple train stations, and bus stops on nearly every block.

Today, we have an opportunity to create 323 homes, including 32 affordable homes, in this walker’s paradise.

A section of the Southern Calfornia Flower Market, located in the Fashion District, will be redeveloped into a 15-story residential tower, with completion expected for 2022. Please submit your comments in support of the project ahead of the City Planning Commission’s public hearing this week.
