AHLA Weekly Update: Tell Pasadena City Council that we need more homes!

Action Item for This Week: More than half of Pasadena’s renters are rent burdened— spending at least one-third of their income on rent.

We can put a dent in that figure by telling Pasadena’s City Council that we support the development of 53 new homes, including 4 very low income units, at 127 North Madison Avenue.

The development, in Downtown Pasadena, boasts a Walk Score of 87, a Bike Score of 93, and is only a 14-minute walk from the Lake Station stop on the Metro Gold Line.
