Los Angeles is in the midst of a severe housing crisis. One of the first steps towards reaching the goal of an affordable, livable, and sustainable LA with housing for all will be deciding how to allocate housing targets across L.A.’s neighborhoods. Abundant Housing LA recommends allocating most of the housing target to wealthy, high-opportunity neighborhoods, and to neighborhoods with good access to transit and jobs.
