The COVID-19 crisis has only deepened, and though lawmakers have taken steps to help vulnerable people during this difficult time, their measures thus far have proven not to be enough. And that’s where once again Abundant Housing LA steps in.
Action Item for This Week: Write directly to Governor Newsom to demand that further protections be enacted for Californians during this crisis. We need sweeping measures that apply equally across the state and protect both owners and renters.
When more people are able to stay in their homes, the spread of coronavirus can be more easily stopped. And everyone is better off.
Tell Governor Newsom that we need statewide, evenly-applied measures to protect all Californians during this time.
