A new Abundant Housing LA report summarizes the pro-housing policy changes we have secured through our Housing Element advocacy, which consisted of getting our members involved at the local level during public outreach and having our policy staff analyze draft housing elements and send detailed comment letters to cities and the Department of Housing and Community Development, the state agency tasked with making sure housing elements comply with state law.

The report briefly describes policy changes in each of the 15 jurisdictions we monitored: Alhambra, Beverly Hills, Burbank, Culver City, Glendale, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Pasadena, Redondo Beach, Santa Monica, South Pasadena, Torrance, West Hollywood and Whittier as well as Los Angeles County.
