Can you take these next steps to support housing?
Thank you for becoming a member of AHLA! As you know, California is in the midst of a housing crisis. Decades of resistance to new housing, especially in coastal communities, have resulted in unbearably high rents, worsened inequality, and displacement of low-income residents. Los Angeles County especially needs much more housing, for people of all incomes, near our growing transit system and major employment centers, if we ever hope to reverse these trends.
We need everyone to help out to address this crisis. Here is what else you can do to stay involved:

We are so excited that you are interested in getting involved with AHLA! We are a volunteer-driven movement, and our pro-housing advocacy is only possible because of dedicated advocates like you. Volunteers of AHLA become a part of our active “Dingbats” community, where we discuss the direction and strategy of the organization.
