It really isn’t that difficult. 

Senate Bill 902 and Assembly Bill 1436 are good news for housing. SB 902 makes it easier to build more missing middle housing (click here for a refresher) and AB 1436 protects people from evictions brought on by the current crisis by offering a solution to unpaid rent while keeping them housed. They really are no-brainers.

This form sends a letter of support straight to your people in Sacramento. Easy easy!

Michael Menjivar is the Deputy Director of Community Engagement for LAUSD Board District 6, supporting the office of Board Member Kelly Gonez. He works directly with LAUSD schools and communities in the east San Fernando Valley. 

Peter Lynn served as executive director of the LA Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) from 2014-2019. He transformed it into the central strategic partner in LA’s collaborative addressing homelessness. follow Peter
