The election may be over(ish) but the work continues! In October we launched the Abundant Housing LA Action Fund, and endorsed candidates in local races across the county. We wanted to give you a look at how our endorsement ads did!
We endorsed some brilliant candidates. Among those who won are:

Daisy Lomelí in Cudahy, who wants to make her city more walkable and transit-friendly.

Konstantine Anthony in Burbank, an advocate for cutting the red tape that makes homes hard to build.

Cindy Allen in Long Beach, who wants to dismantle the ongoing legacy of segregationist policies that keep neighborhoods exclusive.

Miguel Santiago, assemblymember for the 53rd District, who wants to tackle the NIMBYism that enables the housing crisis to continue crushing LA’s vulnerable families.

|
Nithya Raman, who will represent LA’s 4th council district and recognizes that as long as LA’s housing crisis continues, economic and climate justice will remain out of reach.

We’re proud of the work we’ve done to get the pro-housing message out across LA, and are as committed as ever to this movement! Together with the pro-housing candidates we helped elect, we’ll crush this crisis.
