The Coordinated Entry System (CES) is administered by the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) and is the access point for different networks of services targeted at adults, families with children, and youth. Clients have their information entered into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and are then connected to available housing and support resources.
