A Pro-Housing Agenda for LA
If you have some downtime this holiday season, read the policy agenda we published a few months ago.
The agenda contains more than 30 policy recommendations, organized into five categories: plan and zone for more homes; make it easier to build homes; raise money for affordable homes and subsidies; protect tenant rights; and encourage innovation in housing design, construction, and planning.
