| Action Item for This Week: The westside is one of the most job-rich regions in America, and also enjoys one of the most favorable climates in the world.
An abundance of opportunities for people to prosper should be met with a corresponding abundance of places for people to live.
Unfortunately, the zoning sections of the current westside community plans make it illegal or economically impossible to make housing on the westside abundant.
We can fix that— let’s tell City Planning to eliminate exclusionary zoning laws and regulations with the goal of making the westside accessible to all.
